Custom Hair Growth Serums/Foams

We offer custom made products from FDA approved Compounding Pharmacies that include Minodixil, Tretinoin, Azelaic Acid, Finasteride, and Ketoconazole.  All of these agents work in different ways to cause effective hair growth.  Minodixil and Finasteride help androgenic hair loss (male pattern).  Tretinoin is used to assist with collagen regrowth of hair.  Azelaid acid is used to assist with inflammation and irritation of the follice from various causes including GLP medications.  Ketoconazole is used to help with fungal hair loss. 

Minoxidil

We offer off-label Minoxodil capsules from FDA approved Compound Pharmacies to assist with hair regrowth. Minoxidil works to increase hair growth by causing a shortening of telogen (resting) phase and lengthening of the anagen (growth) phase of the hair cycle, which in turn increases the hair follicle diameter and length. Topical versions of minoxidil (brand name: Rogaine) have been used for decades to help slow genetic hair thinning. More recently, oral minoxidil has been used "off-label: to help patients with androgenic alopecia who prefer daily oral administration over topical application or in addition to it for more effectiveness.  

Hair Follicle Stimulating Procedures

We offer scalp microneedling at Elite Medicine and Aesthetic Institute. This procedure uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries to the scalp, which triggers the body's healing response, boosts collagen production and increases blood flow.  This then in turn activates dormant hair follicles to promote natural hair growth.  This is used especially for male pattern baldness (androgenic alopecia) and can have a profound effect when combined with topical and/or oral treatments like minoxodil for better absorption and enhanced results.  This is performed with specifically formulated Human Hair Growth Factors (GF's) while the tissue injury is being done to further help stimulate the hair follicles.  This is performed in the area(s) of thinning in a series of treatments every 4-6 weeks.
